C2Ai Solutions offers two distinct products under the MCR2 (Missed Call Revenue Recovery) brand. Each represents a separate offering with its own scope and terms of engagement.
MCR2 System — One-Time Purchase
The MCR2 System is a one-time purchase that includes the initial installation, custom configuration and setup, and access to your dedicated dashboard and client portal. This is a single engagement designed to get your missed call recovery infrastructure fully built and operational.
MCR2 Service — Ongoing Monthly Subscription
The MCR2 Service is an ongoing monthly subscription that covers continued service, system maintenance, performance monitoring, and support. This subscription ensures your MCR2 System remains current, optimized, and fully operational on a continuous basis.
Pricing for both the MCR2 System and the MCR2 Service is set at the sole discretion of C2Ai Solutions and may be updated at any time. Current pricing will always be presented clearly at the time of purchase or subscription enrollment.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party providers who assist in operating our business (e.g., Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel for CRM and communications, Twilio for SMS delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
